What is Alleyoop's shipping policy?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the United States. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, and delivery usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
Are your products cruelty-free and vegan?
Yes, we are proud to be 100% cruelty-free. The majority of our products are also vegan; you can find specific ingredient lists and certifications on each individual product page.
How do I initiate a return or exchange?
We want you to love your glow! If you are not satisfied, you can return gently used products within 30 days of purchase. Simply visit our returns portal to generate a prepaid shipping label.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, Alleyoop ships to the United States and Canada. We are working hard to expand our shipping zones to more countries in the near future.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We also offer installments through Afterpay for eligible orders.
